TBC, Inc. has the capability to bill your claims electronically with HIPAA compliant software. We have a thorough understanding of Regional Carriers, HMO, IPA, Federal and State Programs as well as capitation and global contracting.

Typically, TBC, Inc., will process your claims within 3 working days of receiving completed documents from your office. We provide a courier service twice a week for documentation pick-up and drop-off.

TBC, Inc provides management reports on a monthly basis and they can be customized to your practice needs. If you require specific management reports on an urgent basis, special service arrangements can be made available to you.

TBC, Inc. currently processes health care claims via the Prime Clinical Systems, System 2000 medical billing software. This is an AIX based multi-tasking system, which is updated and upgraded regularly to keep on top of the ever-changing federal and state regulations.
